HGC Programme Area sites that form part of the DBC Local Plan to 2041 and the St Albans City and District Local Plan to 2041

 

The HGC Programme Area includes a number of Local Plan sites across Dacorum Borough Council (DBC) and four sites within St Albans City and District Council (SADC) administrative area. The HGC Programme Area sites, shown in the HGC Programme Area Map below, have been categorised into Growth Areas, Strategic Sites, Town Centre and Two Waters opportunity Area sites and Other Sites including Windfall.

The HGC Growth Areas are to the North and East of Hemel Hempstead: The HGC Town Centre Opportunity Area Sites are:
