This includes the HGC Growth Areas (sites to the north and east of Hemel Hempstead which falls within both Dacorum and St Albans City & District Local Authority land boundaries) as well as other wider sites across Hemel (Strategic, Town Centre Opportunity Area, Two Waters Opportunity Area and Others including Windfall).
The HGC Programme Area sites form part of the Dacorum Borough Council Local Plan to 2041 and the St Albans City and District Council Local Plan to 2041.
