Engagement Strategy

Our Communications and Engagement Strategy has been developed to provide clear guidance for all communications and engagement carried out through the Hemel Garden Communities Programme. It sets out minimum requirements to meet legal compliance, but goes beyond that to deliver best practice as well as more ambitious aims, so that the community can help to shape the programme and the development on the ground.

Local Plans

We are working closely with the Local Plan teams from Dacorum Borough Council and St. Albans City & District Council to ensure our plans align and we share the same vision for Hemel Garden Communities.

Both the St. Albans and Dacorum Local Plans up 2041 include policies for Hemel Garden Communities.
